Feature Overview This feature set enables each Institute to fully manage its bank accounts, offline payments, income & expenses, account-wise statements, and customizable student fee receipts. It is designed to support real-world accounting workflows while remaining simple and flexible for institutions of all sizes. 1️⃣ Institute Bank Account Management Description Each institute can add and manage multiple bank accounts with proper tracking from the start. Key Capabilities Add multiple bank accounts per institute Required fields: Bank Name Account Holder Name Account Number (masked) IFSC Code Account Type (Savings / Current) Opening Balance Opening Balance Date Enable / Disable bank accounts Mark one account as default (optional) Purpose Accurate financial tracking from onboarding Supports institutions using multiple banks Opening balance ensures correct historical accounting 2️⃣ Office (Offline) Payment Entry System Description For all offline payments (cash, cheque, UPI, bank transfer, etc.), the system allows precise control over payment type and credited bank account.
